Each SoundLoad card is (typically) a custom gift card printed with your artwork on one side with instructions and a secure scratch off pin number on the other side. We give each customer a unique html code to paste on his or her site (which is a link that looks just like your card) Cardholders visit your website (which is printed on the front of your SoundLoad card) click on the graphic that looks like your card, they are then directed to a generic redemption page where they will be prompted to enter in their secure pin number.

No, Your content is packaged as a ZIP file, and as soon as the consumer submits the information needed they download everything that you put into that package. The package is downloaded to the fan’s computer and they will have the option of where to save it. You can put a full album; add your album art, lyrics, EPK, photos, tickets, posters and more to any package you make available.

Every time someone downloads your SoundLoad card, we collect information, like email addresses, gender, zip code, etc. If you would like us to develop a custom survey or questionnaire to collect any further information, please contact us for a custom quote.
